Last year was a year for completing things. I owned and operated my own business. I worked long hours and spent very little time with my family. In late 2010 I closed my business, with no regrets! Everyone was asking "what are you going to do with all your time?". I had no clue. Time was something I rarely had spare, and when I did, all I wanted to do was spend it with my beautiful daughter and my wonderful husband. It took a few weeks to get used to the new schedule and then the holiday season was upon us. My days were filled with purging, and re-organizing, and preparing our home for guests and Santa. Once I finally truly had some downtime, I started thinking about what I could do next.
It seems like everyone I know has a blog. Some of my blogger friends even get free stuff! I want free stuff. Who doesn't want free stuff? So, I thought, I need a blog. My friend Denise has a blog, so really, how hard can it be?
So with all my new "free" time, I'm going to try all kinds of things and share with all who care to follow, the exploits, laughs, failures, successes and lessons learned!
